AMOLED Display Modules — 4.39″ to 7.84″
RONEN now offers four AMOLED display sizes for OEM and distributor projects. Each option is specified by size, native resolution, interface, typical luminance and on-cell touch — no model codes are needed to start a discussion. Confirm the electrical and mechanical details for your project with our engineering team.

AMOLED size and specification overview
| Size | Native resolution | Interface | Typical luminance | Touch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4.39″ | 568×1210 | MIPI 2 LANE | 350 nits | On-cell capacitive |
| 5.48″ | 1080×1920 | MIPI | 350 nits | On-cell capacitive |
| 6.01″ | 1080×2160 | MIPI | 500 nits | On-cell capacitive |
| 7.84″ | 600×1920 | MIPI | 600 nits | On-cell capacitive |
Interface and integration
All four sizes use a MIPI display interface with on-cell capacitive touch. Controller selection, cover-lens stack-up, bonding and FPC routing are confirmed against the host platform before tooling. If your design uses a different interface or requires a specific mechanical outline, send the target specification and our engineers will map it to the closest AMOLED option.
Applications
Short-run HMI, handheld instruments, metering panels, portable test equipment and narrow-layout control panels benefit from AMOLED contrast and slim module profiles. For projects that need a TFT alternative with wide-temperature or high-brightness operation, see the standard TFT LCD catalog and the special-shape display range. Background on the technology is in What is an AMOLED display.
Sourcing and project quantities
Quantities, packaging, inspection criteria and delivery schedules are confirmed per project. Send your target size, annual volume, interface and mechanical constraints, and our team will reply with the matching option and next engineering steps. AMOLED modules are supplied alongside our standard TFT LCD lines, which remain available with the same engineering contact.
Frequently asked questions
Which AMOLED sizes are available?
Four sizes: 4.39″, 5.48″, 6.01″ and 7.84″, with native resolutions from 568×1210 to 1080×2160.
Do the modules include touch?
Yes, all four options use on-cell capacitive touch. Cover lens and bonding options are confirmed per project.
What interface do they use?
MIPI. The 4.39″ option uses MIPI 2 LANE; the other three use MIPI. Controller and pinout details are confirmed against your host platform.
