FAQ: Packaging & Shipping for TFT LCD Modules
How a module arrives is part of its quality. This page answers the common questions about packaging and shipping of our TFT LCD modules — because a perfect part cracked in transit is a field failure all the same.
Static-Safe, Cushioned, Specified
Each unit is wrapped static-safe and cushioned, then placed in an outer carton specified for the shipping mode. Packing is treated as a quality step: the wrapping, cushioning and carton are specified per shipment, not improvised per box.
Air vs Sea
Sea freight needs moisture protection and longer cushioning against long transit; air freight is weight-sensitive and needs tight, light packing. Tell us the shipping mode and destination and the pack is specified to match.
Matched Kits
For a defined product, the module and its matched accessories can ship as one kit, so every unit arrives and assembles identically — useful for volume where consistency matters.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are modules packed?
Each unit is wrapped static-safe and cushioned, then placed in an outer carton specified for the shipping mode. The packing is a quality step, not an afterthought — a glass-heavy panel cracked in transit is a field failure with the same cost as a manufacturing defect.
Does packing differ for air vs sea?
Yes. Sea freight needs moisture protection and longer cushioning; air freight is weight-sensitive. Tell us the shipping mode and destination and the pack is specified accordingly.
Can modules ship as a matched kit?
Yes. For a defined product, the module and its matched accessories can ship as one kit so every unit arrives and assembles the same way.
