LCD Display Manufacturer for Industrial and Embedded Systems
As an LCD display manufacturer we build modules for industrial control, embedded equipment, medical devices and transport. The difference from a consumer display supplier is in the specifications that survive installation: operating temperature, backlight life at rated current, touch construction and whether the same part number will still be built in five years. This page sets out the display families we manufacture and how they map to common host platforms.
Display Families We Manufacture
The catalogue spans small TFT (0.96 to 5 inch), mid-size industrial panels (7 to 10.1 inch) and large formats (15.6 to 21.5 inch). Each size is offered in TN or IPS, with optional projected capacitive touch and optical bonding. Wide-temperature and high-brightness variants are not separate product lines bolted on later but part of the same manufacturing plan.
| Format | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 0.96 to 3.5 inch | Compact HMI, handheld | RGB / SPI / MCU, some wide-temperature |
| 4.3 to 7 inch | OEM equipment, kiosk | IPS common, LVDS / RGB |
| 8 to 10.1 inch | Panel PCs, medical | High-brightness available |
| 15.6 to 21.5 inch | Control room, transport | LVDS, wide-temperature |
Matching the Display to the Host
The host processor decides the interface. RGB is the most flexible for custom resolution and timing; LVDS and MIPI suit standardised embedded platforms; SPI and MCU modules carry their own controller for hosts without a display engine. With 193 models behind these buses, a common interface usually has several panels to choose from, which makes re-sourcing far easier than an exotic single-source part.
Built for Harsh Installation
Industrial installations demand contrast in sunlight and operation in unheated or hot enclosures. We manufacture sunlight-readable modules to 1500 cd/m2 and wide-temperature modules to -30 C and up to +85 C, with optical bonding that removes the internal air gap and recovers outdoor contrast during temperature cycling.
Continuity and Documentation
Every standard model ships with a model-specific datasheet carrying measured figures, and stock is maintained for 5+ years for named part numbers. Order quantities are confirmed per project rather than assumed.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes does an LCD display manufacturer like you cover?
From 0.96 inch up to 21.5 inch, in TN and IPS, with optional capacitive touch and optical bonding across most of the range.
How do I choose between RGB, LVDS and MIPI?
RGB is most flexible for custom timing; LVDS and MIPI suit standard embedded platforms; SPI and MCU modules include their own controller. The host processor decides.
Do you manufacture sunlight-readable displays?
Yes. Sunlight-readable modules are manufactured to 1500 cd/m2, with optical bonding to recover outdoor contrast.
Will the same part number stay available?
Standard models are stocked with supply continuity planned at 5+ years for named part numbers, with project-based order quantities.
